This Diwali, ACRE kicked off the festive celebrations with a team lunch outing. It was an opportunity for everyone to bond and have a good time in the light festive environment. Teams participated in fun games and savoured the Diwali hampers. It was a wonderful day of togetherness, showcasing the commitment to teamwork and cultural diversity.
Team ACRE embarked on a memorable offsite in July 2024 for 3 days to Phuket, Thailand and the experience was wonderful.
As much as it was an opportunity to mingle and interact with the larger team, the scenic beauty and cultural representation covered in the itinerary made it a holistic experience. The trip included experiencing Thai culture through temple visits and cultural shows, as well as exploring attractions like tiger park and iconic islands. While the team had an opportunity to rejuvenate, there was also self-reflection and futuristic planning through respective department presentations.
There was something to cater to the interest of everyone.
The team at ACRE came together to celebrate the vibrant festival of Holi with a unique twist this year. A special event combining creativity, tradition and teamwork was organized making it a memorable experience for everyone. The festivities were kicked off with a collaborative canvas painting activity celebrating the essence of the “festival of colours”. Team members contributed their artistic flair, creating a masterpiece that captured the essence of Holi symbolizing unity and shared creativity.
At ACRE, we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion, and we are proud to honour the women who are driving positive change in the workplace and beyond. We are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment where everyone feels empowered to succeed. On International Women's Day, we had an enjoyable celebration which included a game of charades. To mark the occasion each female employee received a personalized caricature and a cake was delivered to their residence as a token of gratitude.
The Republic Day Step Challenge at ACRE was indeed a memorable event, bringing together the employees to honor the nation and celebrate their dedication to fitness. This challenge has not only encouraged physical activity but also fostered a sense of motivation among the employees. Participants embraced the challenge with enthusiasm, demonstrating their commitment to personal health and well-being.
Christmas celebrations at ACRE was all about fun and team bonding featuring a variety of Christmas themed activities. Teams had a great time participating in No fire cooking contest, Minute to Win it games and fun awards. The event also included a specially curated Christmassy snack hamper of festive treats. The office was adorned with a twinkling Christmas tree and cheerful decorations. Beyond the festivities it was also a time for reflection and gratitude whereby we tied up with local NGOs to donate for a good cause. It was a Merry Christmas with ACRE Family!
International Men's Day is an occasion that celebrates the positive contributions that men make and acknowledges their efforts and achievements. At ACRE we celebrated International Men's Day to honour and appreciate the hard working, talented and dependable male colleagues by giving them a personalized gift hamper to acknowledge their efforts. This hamper not only celebrates the occasion but also fosters a sense of unity and inclusivity within the workplace. It's a reminder that each individual's contribution, regardless of gender are important to us and are greatly valued and appreciated.
This year Diwali was great fun with colleagues. Vibrant decorations, pooja ceremony, appetizing lunch, fun housie game and sheer joy of being together with the ACRE family made the festivities even more special. The beautifully curated Diwali hampers added to the festive vibe.
Team ACRE had a fantastic time on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi while everyone came together for the ‘Eco-friendly Ganpati Idol making activity’. The teams enthusiastically collaborated in the creative venture of making clay Ganpati Idol, thereby unveiling hidden talent of a lot of team members. The results were awestriking & inspiring.
